The Agreement on production of the wallpaper is first regarded as finally concluded when you receive the order confirmation by e-mail or letter.

We ship to all countries around the world. Our shipping rates are the same regardless of destination:
Purchases of DKK 3000,00 and less = DKK 300,00 shipping
Purchase of DKK 3000,00 - 4500,00 = DKK 150 shipping
Purchase of DKK 4500,00 and more = shipping is free of charge
Your wallpaper will be shipped within 7 business days. Delivery time in Europe is 2-4 business days and 4-7 business days for the rest of the world. Delivery time may be longer in connection with public holidays. Please note that WallCollection does not ship to P.O. Boxes. In case of delivery delays, an order can only be cancelled if the customer has not notified Wall Collection of the importance of timely delivery when placing the order and WallCollection has confirmed the ability to deliver on time.
Once you have placed your order, please check your confirmation email to ensure that the delivery address is correct. If there is an error, please contact us immediately.
Regarding customs clearance, WallCollection does not pay the clearance. There is no customs clerance in the EU, but once goods leave the EU, the customs clerance depends on the country. We take great care in checking and packing the wallpaper so that it arrives in perfect condition. Should damages occur during shipping, please contact us immediately and we will find a solution.
If one of the motives provided by WallCollection is chosen, payment is made for the use of the motive of the ordered product.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We use PayPal for all payment transactions. As far as security, payment through PayPal is as secure as possible.
PayPal features SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which means that all transactions are encrypted. WallCollection does not keep any credit card information on file. The purchase amount will not be drawn from your account until the wallpaper has been shipped?!?! Once you have finished payment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from both PayPal and WallCollection.

WallCollection will never sell, loan, rent or distribute any personal information to third parties under any circumstance.

According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, there is a two year warranty on all products. The warranty means that you can make a complaint about defects in the product within two years of purchasing a product. However, the defects must not be a result of incorrect use of the product or other wrongful actions. You must make your claim in fair and reasonable time after having discovered the defect.

The risk of the product is passed to you when the product is delivered at the receiver’s address.

As a user you have the right to cancel your purchase. Since the product ordered at WallCollection is custom-made, you have a right of cancellation until the time when the production is initiated. In order to comply with your order as quickly as possible, the acceptance of these trade terms entails that you consent to production being initiated as quickly as possible and, consequently, before the end of the normal right of cancellation of 14 days. Therefore, you are not entitled to a right of cancellation after the product is ordered.

It is your own responsibility that the motive to be used on the custom-made product does not infringe any intellectual property rights at the time of delivery. WallCollection disclaims any liability in this regard.
You are, therefore, not entitled to use other people’s intellectual property rights, including trademarks, works of art and design protected products. You are e.g. not allowed to copy pictures or trademarks from the internet, unless you are granted permission to do so. This means that to begin with you can only use your own created motives and pictures.

The copyright to motives created by you belongs to you.
If you buy one of the motives provided by WallCollection, the copyright to these motives still belongs to the artist or WallCollection and this motive may in no circumstances be reproduced in any way.

WallCollection is not responsible for any personal injury or property damage caused by a product defect. Furthermore, WallCollection does not carry any responsibility for the user’s incorrect use of the product.

Any dispute between the parties arising from the present contract is to be decided at the jurisdiction of WallCollection’s domicile. Furthermore, Danish rules of law shall be applied to decide the dispute.
